The Department of Statistics, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru organized a two-day National Level workshop on “Structural Equation Modelling” on 12 and 13 July 2019. 34 students and 28 faculty members participated in the workshop. Workshop was inaugurated by Dr Selvamani R., IAS, CEO Zilla Panchayat Dakshina Kannada. The resource persons were Prof. Ramanathan and Dr Sonia, Chennai. The resource persons explained the concept of Structural Equation Modelling and trained the participants in SEM through hands-on training sessions . Participants gained knowledge in the modelling field and application of software AMOS for SEM. Participants expressed their happiness and satisfaction for getting awareness and knowledge from the well known resource persons.
