Workshop on Soft Skills was conducted at St Agnes College (Autonomous), Manglauru for the students of Saint Claret College, Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh on 9 January 2024. Ms Alisha Saldanha spoke about ‘Communication’, while Ms Sherlita Monteiro spoke on the topic ‘Team Building’. Ms Derisha Sequeira conducted some entertaining activities that demonstrated the topics. Overall, the session was well-received by the participants, who by engaging in various activities, learnt valuable skills to communicate effectively, listen actively, and work as a team. 30 students from Saint Claret College, Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh (Part of Cultural Exchange Programme) participated in this programme.
