A Student Enrichment Programme – a workshop on Employability Skills was organized by the Department of Commerce, Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru from 23 to 25 September 2019. The resource person was Professor Gerald Dsouza, a Retired Professor in Management, a Soft Skill Trainer. The session was informative and topics covered were – how to face an interview, how to succeed through self -confidence, an understanding of the 90/10 principle and how to keep ourselves happy with small things.
