‘Employability Skills’ workshop was conducted by the PG Department of Commerce on 23 rd to 25th of September 2019 from 1:30pm to 4pm. The resource person was Prof. Gerard D’Souza. The sessions were insightful. Topics included were how to face an interview, how to succeed through self confidence, an understanding of the 90/10 principle, the window principle, how to keep ourselves happy with small things. Different activities were conducted to think out of the box and a few activities for team work and cooperation. The three day sessions of Prof. Gerard, has given a lot of inputs to become successful individuals.
