The Prevention of Sexual Harassment Cell and the Department of Business Administration organised a Webinar on POSH Act Compliance: Creating Respectful Work Environment on 11 October 2023, to ensure a safe and secure environment where students, and faculty can concentrate on their academic pursuits without fear of harassment or discrimination. The focus of the webinar was on “What is the POSH ACT 2013?, the significance of its introduction, and several terms frequently used in the POSH ACT. The act’s legal structure and the obligations of employers in preventing and resolving such circumstances were explained to students.
