On 7th February 2025, the Department of Economics at St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangalore, organized a session on Analysis of Union Budget 2025-26 for B.A. and first-year B.Com students. The session was held in Room A2. Prof. Jayavantha Nayak, HoD, University College, Mangaluru was a resource person. Ms Florine Clara Dsouza, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics was the staff convenor, coordinated the event. The primary objective of the session was to introduce students to the complexities of budget. The event began with a prayer led by Gloria and her team of students from II B.A. Tharamathi, a student from I B.A., welcomed the gathering, while Lakshmi, a student from I B.A., served as the master of ceremony.
