The PG Department of M.Sc. Big Data Analytics organized a technical seminar “Crypto currency and Data Analytics” on 22 November 2024. The resource person was Joyal K Scaria, Business Analyst at Insights, Bengaluru. The faculty and students of the department attended the seminar. The programme began with a welcome and introduction of Mr Joyal. Mr Joyal is an alumnus of the department and has worked as a Data Analyst and is a SSAA Certified Minitab Data Analyst Expert. Joyal gave a detailed insight into the domain of digital currency and the Data Analytics opportunities available in Crypto currency. The seminar also included an introduction to Block chain technology. The programme concluded with a discussion on internship opportunities in industries.
