On 1 December Pledge taking on Swachhta Abhiyan was held and other activities were initiated. On 2 and 3 December cadets were involved in Slogan writing competition on the Significance of Cleanliness. On 4 December Vanamahothsava was celebrated, the cadets planted saplings of different variety. From 5 to 7 December cadets took part in model presentation and presented many Eco friendly Models. From 8 to 10 December there was Digital Poster Making competition on the topics, Energy Conservation and Water Conservation. From 11 to 13 December cadets rendered their services in Cleanliness Drive and they have cleaned their respective areas. On 14 and 15 December cadets created awareness on cleanliness its importance and benefits through the social media applications by spreading messages, posting slogans, paintings and posters.
The Swachhta Pakhwada indeed enlightened the cadets and the society in general. The programmes were held under the guidance of Lt Gayathri B.K (ANO) Army wing, Dr Hithakshi (ANO) Airwing.
