A Stress-Proof Leadership Workshop was organised by Business Administration for III BBA students. The workshop was aimed at equipping future leaders with practical techniques to manage stress and lead with confidence. The workshop started with a warm welcome to the participants, setting the tone for an interactive session. Participants were introduced to the basics of stress, covering its physiological and psychological impacts. The “Chill Hacks” session introduced participants to various mindfulness techniques, including deep breathing and meditation. The session introduced effective time management strategies such as prioritization, scheduling, and delegation of tasks. The session oriented the students about leadership skills in high-pressure situations and approaches to stay calm and decisive while leading others. In an engaging activity, students participated in role-playing scenarios that mimicked real-life stressful situations. The workshop concluded with a summary of the key takeaways from each session.
