The event commenced with a prayer led by NSS volunteers, setting a reflective and conducive atmosphere for learning. Mr. Kushalappa Gowda began his session by explaining the multifaceted benefits of incorporating yoga into daily life. He highlighted that yoga extends beyond physical exercise, contributing to mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual development. During the session, he also demonstrated various Aasanas for students to practice regularly.
As the session drew to a close, Mr. Kushalappa emphasized the importance of prioritizing self- care and mindfulness by integrating yoga into daily routines.
The session was attended by enthusiastic undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students eager to learn about yoga. The presence of Dr. Uday Kumar B, Mrs. Preetha Tauro (NSS Program Officers), Mrs. Vasudha (Physical Culture Instructor), Mrs. K.M.
