A session on Assessment Procedures and Income Tax Authorities was conducted on 15th April 2025 for the III B. Com students. The resource person for the session was CA Prakrithi, a qualified Chartered Accountant with expertise in taxation and compliance.
The speaker provided a comprehensive overview of the various concepts related to Income Tax, including the structure and significance of PAN (Permanent Account Number) and the process of filing income tax returns. She also explained the roles and responsibilities of income tax authorities, giving students valuable insights into how the income tax system functions in India.
