The department of Business Administration organised a seminar on Leader in Me & the Seven Habits of Highly Successful Leader, where the resource person spoke about qualities of a leader and the various tips to build a leader within us. The speaker concentrated on Stephen Covey’s 7 habits of highly successful leader such as be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, don’t compete, communicate well, join a diverse learning community, sharpen the saw. This session concluded with the saying to become a successful leader we should begin the change within ourselves
