The department of Business Administration organised a workshop on Professional Competence Development where the importance of Life skills, Traits, SWOC Analysis, thinking based Perspective, Performance Character, Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation were covered. Also tips to survive in the corporate world were discussed by the resource speakers.
