St. Agnes College, Mangalore organized a placement drive of Goan Institute International Consociation of Education (GICE) on 15th February 2025, commencing at 10:00 AM. The placement drive aimed to recruit candidates for the position of Soft Skills Trainer, and it was open to both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students.
The event began with a pre-placement talk, where the GICE team introduced the organization, its work culture, and the job role offered. This session provided valuable insights to the students about the expectations and growth opportunities associated with the role.
Following the presentation, the placement process continued with multiple rounds of interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and teaching capabilities. The selection process aimed to identify individuals with strong soft skills, adaptability, and a passion for training and development.
The placement drive witnessed an enthusiastic participation of students eager to secure a position as a Soft Skills Trainer. The event concluded with the shortlisting of candidates based on their performance in the selection rounds.
The initiative by GICE provided an excellent opportunity for students to explore a career in training and development while gaining exposure to professional recruitment processes.
