The department of Commerce of St Agnes College had organised an orientation programme on 13 June 2019 at 1.30 pm. The guest speaker was CS. Apeksha Compliance officer and a Practising Company Secretary at CS Chethan Nayak & Associates, Mangaluru.
The programme was compared by Ms. Jasmin of II B.Com A batch. The programme began with a prayer song led by Ms. Savina and group of II B.Com. Ms. Roshal of II B.Com B batch welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest. Ms. Apeksha, an alumnus shared her experience as a student of St Agnes College. She motivated the students to take part in various activities organised by the department as well as college. Thereafter Mrs. Anitha HOD of Commerce informed the students about certain rules and regulations to be followed during the academic year. The candidates contesting for student president and student vice president in commerce introduced themselves to the students. Ms. Rebecca of II B.Com D batch proposed the vote of thanks.
