The Department of Physical Education of St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru celebrated National Sports Day and organised a workshop on Zumba and Self Defence on 29 August 2022. Mr Nithin N Suvarna, Chief Instructor and Official Examiner JSKA Karnataka, inaugurated the workshop. Chief Guest Mr Sampath Kumar, Karate Instructor; Sr Dr M. Venissa A.C., the Principal, Sr Clara A.C., the Vice Principal, Mrs Vasudha, the Physical Education Director were also present. Mr Shashank, the Zumba Instructor and Mr Nithin N Suvarna, the Karate Instructor conducted the session. 550 students actively took part in the workshop.
