On 5th September 2023, 17 NSS volunteers were involved in performing a skit for Mangalore Jail inmates, as part of a Brainstorming and Moral Values Program. The event was organized by SPEARHEAD MEDIA Pvt. Ltd., News Karnataka, and was rescheduled to 21st September 2023. The skit aimed to enlighten the prisoners about government opportunities available to develop or pursue their dreams. This initiative provided valuable insights and learning experiences for the volunteers, as they witnessed the inmates engaging with the performance.
The program successfully achieved its goal of enlightening the prisoners, fostering a sense of hope and possibility.
