The Department of Business Administration’s Student Business Nexus at St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, organized a ‘Mad Ads’ competition—an energetic and engaging event that showcased the creativity and teamwork of the participants. The competition challenged participants to devise innovative advertising strategies for a variety of products, encouraging critical thinking and collaboration.

Held on September 20,2024 the event began with an invocation of God’s blessings through a prayer song performed by Aishwarya and Candice from II BBA. The contest was smoothly compered by Carol Rodrigues of I BBA. The panel of judges included Mrs. Deeksha from the Department of Secretarial Practices Ms. Anusha, from the Department of Journalism & Mass Communication along with Ms. Thangarani from the Department of Physical Education.

A total of 48 contestants, divided into 8 groups, participated in the competition, each group comprised of talented students eager to display their creativity. Representing different years of the BBA program, the participants brought enthusiasm and a passion for marketing and advertising.

The event was filled with high energy, giving each team the opportunity to demonstrate their originality. Spectators were treated to captivating performances, filled with artistry, inventiveness, and ingenuity.
