The chief guests for the occasion were Mrs. Sapna Crasta, a member of the Konkani Sahitya Academy and a multilingual actress, and Mr. Rayan Magneto, a writer, director, and producer of the Konkani film Lucky Draw 777. Mrs. Sapna Crasta spoke on the significance of the Konkani language and encouraged students to explore further academic opportunities in this field. Mr. Rayan Magneto emphasized the importance of language skills and urged attendees to enhance their proficiency.
The event was chaired by Sr. Dr M Venissa A.C, Principal of St. Agnes College, who highlighted the crucial role of language in communication and encouraged student participation in Konkani-related activities. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Dion Sam Dsouza, Secretary of the Konkani Sangh, followed by a cultural presentation that celebrated Konkani traditions.
