During this visit, the participants were given hands-on experience in the dairy industry. They had the chance to see how milk is processed, understand the rigorous quality control methods, and how co-operatives play a vital role in supporting local dairy farmers and rural development.
The students also had the opportunity to interact with industry experts. These sessions greatly improved their understanding of the dairy sector. The visit expanded students’ knowledge about the significance of the dairy industry in the food business. Moreover, they learned about food safety protocols, food standards, packaging materials, and the CIP process in food processing.
