An industrial visit was organised by the Department of Chemistry and Department of Nutrition and Health Education, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru on 1 and 2 March 2024. The students of third year B.Sc. Chemistry and second year B.Sc./ B.A. NHE on a two-day educational trip to Coorg and Mysore. They visited Ainmane Outlet in Coorg, Central Horticultural Experiment Station and Coffee Research Sub Station in Chettali, gaining insights into coffee cultivation and horticultural practices. The trip came to an end with a visit to MYMUL in Mysore, where students learned about dairy processing and the cooperative’s role in supporting local farmers, enriching their understanding of industry operations.
