Mrs Monica Dutta, HOD, Hindi department, SCS Riverside International Academy was the resource speaker. She addressed the gathering with an importance of Hindi stating, “Hindi is the third most spoken language in our country. It is an easy language and this can be combined with other languages and it can be communicated to the society in a simple manner. We need to understand the importance of this language which is necessary to communicate and can lead us to greater heights in the corporate world. Swami Vivekananda knew 18 languages and showed the importance of knowing various languages. ”.
Dr Nagesh, Staff Coordinator, Dean, Hindi department and Dr Udayakumar, Professor, Hindi department were present on the occasion. Dr Udayakumar welcomed the guest with a flower pot and a memento was presented to the guest by Dr Nagesh.
This session began with an invocation. Thanmayee, student coordinator welcomed and introduced the chief guest and was the compere of the programme. The session had a great involvement of the students.
