The BBA Department, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru organized annual intra-departmental fest, Horizon, spanned from 22 to 26 March 2021 and featured diverse activities such as business quiz, human resource (case studies), marketing, entrepreneurship (venture capitalism), and best manager competitions. Each activity was supervised by a teacher and a student representative, and numerous participants from all three years took part, requiring preliminary rounds for each event. The finals were evaluated by external judges along with one of the lecturers, and participants in the finals were given an overnight task to complete before being eligible for the finals. Winners were announced on the last day of the competitions and received certificates as recognition for their achievements.
