The awareness on environmental pollution was reflected through chart making by open elective students.
Increase in pollution, dumping of wastes and over exploitation is the major cause of natural disasters. The charts highlighted the current level of awareness regarding environmental pollution, its causes, consequences and the importance of taking of action to relieve its effects. The students highlighted various forms of environmental pollution, including air pollution, water pollution, soil contamination, noise pollution etc. as each of these type has unique causes and impact on the environment and human well-being. The charts also highlighted the importance of immediate attention and action. These charts were displayed on the entrance and on the corridors in the college.
Altogether it was a wonderful platform to bring out the talent within the students and to enhance knowledge of awareness on environmental pollution.
