The PG Department of Chemistry, St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru and Chemaura association organised a treasure hunt competition, ‘Astral Hunt’ on 19 October 2023, at the PG Department of Chemistry in the L12 class room at 3.30 pm. The event was led by Mr Deepesh Kalgutkar, II M.Sc. Chemistry, and the welcome speech was delivered by Ms Anamika, II M.Sc. Chemistry. Eleven teams were there as participants, each consisting of two students. A preliminary round was conducted, and five teams qualified for the last round. The competition was found to be challenging, and Ms Punya and Mr Vivekanand, II M.Sc. Chemistry, won the game, followed by Mr. Mohammed Shabin and Ms Nandana, II M.Sc. Chemistry, who secured 2nd place. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Sanila. The competition was over by 4.45 p.m.
