The Department of Commerce, St Agnes College (Autonomous), organised a Guest Lecture on “Enhancing Career Route” by Ms. Jayashree Bhat a consultant in specialised workforce development with over 14 years’ experience for the Students of III BCOM on 6th March 2024.
Ms. Jayashree’s main agenda involved – Desired Skillset in the 21st Century Workplace, How to Prepare yourself for the workplace and Case Scenarios focusing on the key skills of Communication, Problem Solving, Creativity, Adaptability, Work Ethics and Emotional Intelligence.
Overall, the session was well- received by the participants engaging in an open discussion. The session ended with an impactful quote – “Never stop learning, never stop growing”
